For as long as I can remember, I have loved all things food. I have strong memories in my youth of always wanting to be included in the kitchen; whether it was mixing meatloaf by hand with my Aunt Bonnie, or partaking in our yearly tradition of making Christmas cookies with my mom, I recognized that the kitchen was my special place.
I spent the majority of my early adulthood traveling all over the world, tasting each country I came across and living my best Anthony Bourdain life. I found deep pleasure in learning about a culture through their food and have since used that inspiration in my own cooking today. My years spent traveling, and having been to over 20 countries, molded me as a chef; it expanded my knowledge of food, changed the way I paired flavors, and instilled a sense of curiosity about tasting and trying new ingredients.
In my free time, I love to: travel and taste new places, host dinner parties for friends, enjoy a quiet night in with my husband, Andrew, and our cat, Flume, binge-watch Ina Garten or The Great British Bake Off, and go for long, leisurely runs outside.

Following my dream of working for myself was vital to my future, because being the passion-driven person that I am, I could never settle for doing something I was unhappy with. Being a personal chef, and owning my own business allows me to show up daily and perform at my peak because I absolutely love what I do. I am able to share that deep-rooted adoration and passion for food through the plates of food I create for each and every client.
